The room was cozy and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and always there to help, whether it was morning or night. The location was awesome, especially if you like taking walks around the Monumental Axis Highway. 🚶‍♂️

The hotel was beautifully kept, with great location very close to the convention center. Last time I stopped, had impeccably clean room with an attached living space. I greatly enjoyed that this venue offered wake-up service. Location : the hotel was so close to restaurants, taxis, and all the services one need and parks and trails and Brasília. I tried some drinks at bar Merkadao Paulista, located 5 minutes walk away...

Unfortunately my room was rather small.

During our stay at Melia 21, we were impressed with the standard of the hotel, which was comparable to major chains but at a significantly lower price. The hotel had a fresh and welcoming atmosphere, unlike many other hotels in the area that often have an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the location was convenient, being situated near a mall with plenty of good restaurants and dining options nearby. The breakfast offered was also quite good. our experience at Melia 21 was enjoyable and we would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to shopping centers and restaurants. the breakfast was decent, with a variety of options to choose from. the room had a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom, which made our romantic escape more enjoyable.

The hotel needs some renovation work, especially in the common areas. the check-in process was very slow, with only one receptionist attending to everyone.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the convention center and within walking distance of various restaurants and malls. the spacious rooms come with a comfortable desk and a good shower. Breakfast is decent with a nice variety. the restaurant serves both Italian and Brazilian cuisine, and there's a beautiful jewelry shop on the first floor.

Sadly, the hotel lacks proper maintenance and modernization.

Great Location and Friendly Staff

This hotel is located in an ideal place for anyone visiting the city. It is very easy to access local restaurants and other attractions from here. The staff were very accommodating and helpful which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was a standout feature! They served some amazing local dishes that you just cannot miss.

Although the hotel is going through renovations, it was a bit noisy and messy. The paid parking is also a major downside for guests who come with their own transportation.
